on beautiful Bayou Texar, about a mile north of the 3-mile bridge that crosses Pensacola Bay from Gulf Breeze. Bayview is close to the downtown area, Interstate I-110 and HWY 98 - the ways in and out of the city, and its center.

- An EDP staff member or volunteer will be available at check-in and also at each area of the event, e.g., Children's area, Hybrid Autos, etc., to answer any questions.
- For safety reasons, no open flames, burning of incense, or smudging will be permitted
- Children must be appropriately supervised by guardian(s).
- Earth Day Pensacola, Inc. reserves the right to reject and immediately dismiss any exhibitor, agent, employee, contractor or attendee for violation of terms or for just cause.

- Your canines can run free, play and meet new friends
in the nearly one acre facility (a swim area in the bayou is being fenced off and will be available for the dogs, as well), but you are responsible for picking up after your pet. There are pooper-scooper stations for this purpose.
- There are two water fountains, one for humans and one only for dogs. Please use your own fountain.
- There are benches for resting while dogs are playing, and trash bins to keep the park clean.
- The park is open from 6 am until 9 pm daily.
