Breathe Yoga Studio
Guided Yoga with Sandra Sanford and Linda Kramer of Breathe Yoga
Breathe Yoga Studio director Sandra Sanford will be guiding a morning session which will
include centering, deep breathing techniques (pranayama), warm up
stretching, postures (asana) and a short guided final relaxation. She wants to
invite as many participants as possible to join them.
Beginning at 10:00 AM, the session will probably last about 30-45 minutes. What an uplifting way to welcome the day! The session will be held on the deck surrounding the Community Center (come to the front door then look to the right) on Bayou Texar.
If you decide to participate, bring a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. And an open heart!
